Sizing guide

Choose the size closest to your shoe size, then trim the insoles if required.

Fitting instructions

1. Remove the existing insoles from your shoes where possible.

2. Place them on top of the Sole Kraft Insoles to compare the shape and size.

3. Trim carefully along the marked guide lines on the underside if required.

4. Insert the insoles into your footwear and check that they sit flat without bunching.

Fit tip: Test the fit before trimming. Remove small amounts at a time—you can always trim more, but you cannot add material back.

Care instructions

Hand wash using mild soap and warm water. Rinse thoroughly and allow the insoles to air dry completely before placing them back into your footwear.

Do not machine wash or tumble dry.
