Returns & Exchanges Policy – 60-Day Returns

At STITCHKRAFT, we want you to shop for safety boots and work shoes with confidence. If the fit isn't right or you've changed your mind, we've got you covered.

We offer 60-day returns and exchanges, including one FREE return shipment per order within Australia.

1. Return Eligibility

You can return or exchange eligible products within 60 days of purchase, provided they are:

• New, unworn and in original condition.
• Clean, undamaged and free from signs of use.
• Returned with all original tags and packaging.

Special-order products and B2B account purchases are excluded from our standard returns policy.

All returns are subject to inspection and approval.

2. Need a Different Size or Model? Two Easy Options

Option 1 – Return & Reorder (Recommended – Fastest)

The quickest way to get your replacement footwear.

1. Place a new order for your preferred size or model on our website.
2. Submit a return request for your original purchase.
3. We'll email you a free Australia Post return label (within Australia).
4. Once your return is received, inspected and approved, we'll refund your original purchase.

Why choose this option? Your new order can be dispatched immediately, without waiting for your return to be processed. You'll also secure your preferred size while it's in stock.

Option 2 – Direct Exchange (No New Order Required)

Prefer to exchange your work boots or safety shoes without placing a new order?

1. Submit a return request and specify your preferred replacement size or model.
2. We'll provide a free Australia Post return label (within Australia).
3. Send your original footwear back to our Melbourne warehouse.
4. Once received, inspected and approved, we'll confirm availability of your replacement.
5. Our team will contact you to arrange payment for shipping your replacement, plus any applicable price difference.
6. Once payment is received, we'll dispatch your replacement and email you the tracking details.

Please note: Direct exchanges take longer and are subject to stock availability. If your preferred replacement is unavailable, we'll offer an alternative or a refund. Any difference in product price will be settled as part of the exchange.

3. How to Request a Return or Exchange

1. Complete our Online Return Request Form.
2. Select whether you'd like a refund or exchange, and provide the replacement details if applicable.
3. Follow the return instructions emailed by our team.
4. Drop your parcel off at an Australia Post outlet.

Please don't send products back without submitting a return request first.

4. Return & Exchange Shipping Costs

• Australian customers: One FREE standard return shipment per order.
• Additional returns: Further return shipments for the same order may incur postage charges.
• Direct exchanges: Customers pay shipping costs for delivery of the replacement product.
• New Zealand customers: Return postage is at the customer's expense.

5. Refunds & Processing

Once your returned footwear arrives, we'll inspect it to confirm it meets our returns policy.

• Approved refunds are processed within 2–4 business days of approval.
• Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
• Original shipping charges are not refunded for change-of-mind returns.
• Your payment provider may take additional time to credit your account.

For direct exchanges, replacement footwear is dispatched after return approval and receipt of any required payment.

6. Faulty Products & Warranty Claims

ELTEN safety footwear comes with a 12-month manufacturer's warranty against manufacturing defects.

If you believe your footwear is faulty, please contact warranty@stitchkraft.co.

Warranty claims are handled separately from change-of-mind returns.

Nothing in this policy limits your rights under Australian Consumer Law, including your entitlement to a remedy for products that fail to meet applicable consumer guarantees.
