Returns Policy
Return Eligibility
You can return full-priced items (excluding special orders) purchased on stitchkraft.com.au within 60 days of purchase. Items must be:
- New, unworn and in original condition
- Returned with tags, original packaging, and the Stitchkraft.co invoice
- Discounted sales items and gift cards are non-returnable
- Do not return items directly to the manufacturer (ELTEN)
- Business customers are excluded from this policy
How to Return
1. Submit a return request via our website here.
2. We’ll email you a free Australia Post return label (for AU orders only).
3. Drop off at any Australia Post Outlet.
4. Once your return is received, it is assessed to ensure it complies with our Returns Policy requirements. Once your return is approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method.
Refund Process
- If approved, your refund will be processed within 2–4 business days.
Free Returns
- Free within Australia (standard shipping only; limited to one return shipment per order)
- New Zealand returns are not free and must be paid by the customer.
Reordering
- For different sizes or models, please place a new order.
Partial Returns
- You can return part of your order for as refund.
Faulty or Damaged Goods
- At Stitchkraft, we stand by our customers and back the ELTEN products with an industry-leading 12-month warranty. You can be assured that in the unlikely event of a manufacturing fault, the issue will be resolved promptly. Read more about our Warranty promise here.
